We support children and families facing financial, educational, disability-related. health, and life challenges by connecting them with resources, opportunities, and community support.
Founded by community members committed to helping children thrive, Child Count works to remove barriers, create opportunities, and ensure every child feels seen, celebrated, and supported.
Child Count was created from a shared recognition that many children and families face challenges that extend beyond the support available through schools and traditional services.
Bringing tighter educators, parents, professionals, community advocates, and young people with lived experience, Child Count was founded to help bridge those gaps through practical support, meaningful opportunities, and strong community partnerships.
